Administrative Department of Social Affairs and Services

Administrative Department of Social Affairs and Services works on tasks referring to preschool education and childcare, primary, secondary and higher education and science, culture, sports, technical culture, information, social welfare and health. It coordinates the work of institutions, organizations and associations working in these areas. It performs a part of tasks referring to War veterans affairs for NGOs and other associations of the city, tasks related to grants and scholarships for students, monitors work in the areas of social affairs and prepares drafts of documents for the City Council and City administration. It also performs other tasks related to social activities.
