Administrative department of Construction and Asset Management

Administrative department of Construction and Asset Management performs tasks related to the construction of municipal infrastructure and other facilities, preparation of investment programmes for the construction of buildings and other municipal infrastructure facilities. It takes care of proper conducting of investment, controls the expenditure of funds in certain phases of the works and provides quality control of the performance. It performs tasks of preparation of land for settlement construction, including legal issues related to the purchase or sale of land, manages real estate owned by the City, keeps the register of dwellings and business premises and other real estate owned by the city and performs other tasks related to the management of real estate owned by the City.
